communication function
there is 4 functions of communication that i know:
1. control
2. information
3. motivation
4. emotional expressions
1. Control’s function
communications in view of the control function is as a way to know if anyone else still fits on the path set by us or not, and also know how the others so that we can decide on something appropriate to the circumstances people they will
2. Information
Communication is a process to provide information from source to destination, which in turn gave birth to feedback (comments or feedback)
3. motivation
communications functions also as a tool to provide motivation to others, the function of motivation and control in communication, in my opinion somewhat about the same goal, namely to ensure, whether others remain on the path we want it or not, if the control function to use more force (force and provide real konsekuensi2), more motivation to function in ways that are soft, gentle, but usually indirectly lead to his conscience
